Setting limits and managing the emotions they trigger—such as anger and frustration—is one of the most challenging aspects we face as parents during the upbringing of our children.
In this gathering, we’ll explore how you relate to this topic:
what limits you experienced in your own childhood
how your relationship with limits is now, as an adult
the connection between limits and basic needs at each stage of development
