What is El Petit Edén?
El Petit Edèn is a child-centred educational project set in nature in Sant Pere de Ribes (Garraf, Barcelona) for children aged 2.5 to 9. We support each child’s overall development, working closely with families to create safe environments and offering attentive, empathetic guidance that respects their individual rhythms, needs and developmental journey.

We offer attentive, empathetic support, respecting each child’s individual rhythms and needs.
Nature and free play
The woodland is our classroom: a place for play, exploration and hands-on learning every day.
We nurture children’s physical, emotional, social and cognitive development in everyday life.
Whole-child development

We encourage children to grow into confident, curious individuals who feel able to take initiative.
A safe environment
Thoughtful routines, clear boundaries and consistent support help children feel secure and held.
Families and the educational team work together to build a coherent, living project.

An international, trilingual community
A diverse community with different home languages and native-speaking educators.
◦ Catalan is the main language of the project, with native Spanish- and English-speaking adults present in everyday life.
